BEAR SWEATER

This is a quite special type of knit. Do not wash it before use. Instead, steam it with an iron held approx. 2 cm above the knitted material. When the sweater needs refreshing, it can be aired by laying it flat on a garden table on a foggy day.

This sweater is knitted from the top down in a delicate brioche pattern, which we call Cloud Brioche. If your measurements are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size. The sweater will still have plenty of ease to fit loosely around the body. You can adjust the length according to your own preference.

The neckline is knitted in two-color brioche. The body is knitted in Cloud Brioche.

TIPS REGARDING LENGTH. This pattern will grow 2 - 3 cm in length when the sweater is put into use, so do not knit it too long, but try it on to assess the length.

Tips regarding choice of size

If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one.

There is 23 (19, 23, 17, 21) (19, 17, 15, 13, 11) cm of positive ease in this sweater. Less in larger sizes, as experience shows that this works best.

Yarn 2 Color B Chunky Mohair, from Painter’s Yarn. 78% Kid Mohair, 13% Merino, 9% Nylon. 200 m per 100 g

Yarn usage Color B 2 (2, 2, 2, 2) (3, 3, 3, 4, 4) skeins. The color used here is Cappuccino
